The instructions and acceptable data formats are below.

For general use, you can use the following generic credentials:

This account is restricted and cannot retrieve files or do a directory listing.
Note: It is strongly recommended that you contact us and obtain private credentials. When using private credentials, your files will be stored in a private folder, while allowing you to read and write files, as well as obtaining a directory listing.
