Industrial Growth Partners Acquires APCT
Printed Circuit Board Manufacturer APCT, with Capabilities of Sophisticated Advanced Technology, Quick Turn Manufacturing and Value-Added Offshore Program Management, has been acquired.
SAN FRANCISCO, CA – October 6, 2021 – Industrial Growth Partners (“IGP”), a private investment partnership, today announced the acquisition of APCT, Inc. and its affiliated entities and subsidiaries (“APCT”). APCT is a designer and custom manufacturer of low volume, high mix advanced technology printed circuit boards, including multi-layer rigid, high density interconnect (HDI), rigid-flex and flexible circuits. IGP is a San Francisco-based private investment partnership, focused exclusively on acquiring middle-market companies in the industrial sector. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
