When preparing for our largest Silicon Valley trade show, the message presented in the display booth must be compelling. Rather than listing tools; capabilities and lead times that are all best in class, APCT has chosen the message that we believe differentiates us from the competition. The message reads:

PASSION

To serve

COMMITMENT

To support

Dedication

To execute

Join us next week at PCB West 2015 in Santa Clara, California, Wednesday, September 16. APCT will be exhibiting at booth #513.

Come by and allow us to share our Passion, detail our Commitment & explain how our Dedication can help your company, as we continue our efforts to earn your trust and gain your loyalty.

Several companies have the tools, the equipment to build a reliable product as we do.

So what differentiates APCT from our competitors?

PASSION

An Experienced Staff with a relentless PASSION to take the time to serve their customers in whatever manner is necessary.

COMMITMENT

A Manufacturing Facility designed to support a Broad Range of Technologies with a COMMITMENT to provide lead times that we guarantee will beat the competition.

I invite you to talk with us in person and learn more regarding our Passion & Commitment. Join us at PCB West 2015 in Santa Clara, California, Wednesday, September 16. APCT will be exhibiting at booth #513.

Come by and meet with us.
Give us the opportunity to earn your trust and gain your loyalty.

I would like to thank all of our valued customers for supporting APCT in Q2 of 2015.
We appreciate our continued partnership and look forward to supporting you for many years to come. Our goal has always been to develop and earn long term relationships based on trust and overall execution. We do not take your confidence in us for granted and I assure you we realize the importance of sustaining such trust.

As we continue to grow and solidify our reputation as an industry leader in high reliability printed circuit board manufacturing, our ability to compete at a high level of consistency is critical. We are dedicated to provide our customers with elite customer service, superior engineering support and reliable execution. To fortify these initiatives we continue to make significant investments in resources and equipment. As your demands grow for “smaller, thinner and faster,” our capabilities must grow with you.

Year to date we have purchased $1.7m in new equipment, specifically focused on increasing our capacity and fortifying our technology roadmap. Significant human resources have been added in Management, Engineering and Operations to solidify our team. Specific equipment sets focused on HDI and our advanced technology offerings have been installed and are now providing notable increased capacity and cycle time improvements.

We have also implemented a water conservation program, showing commitment to our community and State. This plan included an investment of $240,000 in a new water chilling and recycling system, that to date, has produced a 56% reduction in daily water usage. It is our belief this was a necessary step in supporting our State’s dire drought situation.

Thank for your continued support…

I have always seen my responsibilities as CEO like that of any sport’s team coach or manager:
1. Develop a solid game plan.
2. Put the best team on the field at all times.
3. Constantly be looking to upgrade your team.
4. Always strive to compete at the highest level possible.

As APCT continues to grow and solidifies its reputation as an industry leader,
the ability to compete at a high level of consistency is critical. We challenge
our team with continued growth in technology and best in class lead times.
We must not only give them the tools to be successful; we must provide the
necessary leadership and mentoring to achieve our ultimate goals.

That being said…I am pleased to announce our new Director of Operations, Mike Micallef
to the APCT team. As former Director of Manufacturing for TTM / Via Systems,
Mike will provide the leadership necessary to continue and expand our capabilities,
fortify our daily execution and manage our continued growth demands. His expertise in
quick turn PCB manufacturing consists of developing and motivating a staff disciplined
in all aspects of operations. His current responsibilities include developing and implementing
processes and systems for all day to day operations on the manufacturing floor.

Mike will provide stellar leadership as we compete to earn your trust and sustain your loyalty.
Thank for your continued support…

I would like to thank all of our valued customers for supporting APCT in Q1 of 2015.

We appreciate our continued partnership and look forward to supporting you for many years to come. Our goal has always been to develop long term relationships, while sustaining your trust & loyalty

by our overall service and execution.

While growth is always exciting, it can at times be somewhat painful and strain operational efficiencies. With supply chain shortages and managing the consistent increase in demand,

we continue to see on-time delivery performances that do not meet our internal expectations.

We recognize the significance of this and have taken several steps to improve capacity,

enhance our predictability and reduce our cycle times.

Some of the specific actions we have taken are as follows:

  1. Increased overall staffing; adding 11 new employees to the manufacturing & support operations.
  2. Recruited and hired an industry leading Executive Director of Operations.
  3. Invested $1.1 million in new equipment, enhancing capabilities & reducing cycle times.

We understand what is expected of us and will not sit idly by hoping for change…

We Are Driving Change!

We have worked very hard over the past 8 years developing a reputation as an industry leader in quality, technology and on-time delivery.  We offer best in class lead times in HDI and advanced technologies.  With this reputation comes an expectation that we do not take for granted.

Thank for your continued support…

IPC has reported the numbers for 2014 and as seen in previous years,

the North American rigid PCB manufacturing market continues to decline year over year.

In three specific segments: Double Sided, Multilayer and HDI, IPC reported the following trends:

Double Sided: down 5%         Multi Layer: down 4%           HDI: up 18%

Consistent with our view, the HDI segment remains our most active growth area

in North American manufacturing. As new .4mm chip sets and the industry demand for increased signal speed grows, the demand for future designs moving to the HDI parameters seems eminent. APCT has experienced a 60% growth in demand and we expect that trend to continue.

Positioning our company to support this demand was a vision my team shared back in early 2013.

With $2.8m of investments in new equipment sets specifically designed to support the HDI market, APCT Inc has fortified our industry leading position in HDI engineering support and manufacturing excellence.

We offer best in class standard lead time support and industry leading quick turn capabilities.

As HDI becomes a need, APCT becomes your solution.
